An executive AI assistant in the messaging channel leaders already use

Problem
Executives relied on assistants and analysts for every figure. Data sat across email, calendars, reports and business systems, and a briefing pack took hours to assemble.
What we built
A secure AI agent that answers questions on company data with sources, manages agendas, drafts emails for approval and delivers daily briefs and market reports. Access follows each executive's role, and every action is logged.
Capabilities used
Agentic AIRetrieval with citationsEmail and calendar integrationRole-based access

Also used forAny leadership team that needs fast, sourced answers, on Microsoft Teams or the channel your organisation approves.

Meeting minutes written, filed and distributed minutes after the meeting ends

Problem
Minutes took one to two days. Quality depended on the note-taker, and action items were lost between meetings.
What we built
When a recording is saved, the system matches it to the calendar meeting, reads the transcript, writes a summary with decisions and actions, fills the official minutes template, files it and emails attendees. All processing stays inside the client's environment.
Capabilities used
Transcript processingGenerative summarisationDocument templatingWorkflow automation

Also used forBoard meetings, steering committees, management reviews and project governance.

Intelligent correspondence management for high-volume inboxes

Problem
Shared inboxes were triaged by hand. Messages were misrouted or delayed, and managers had no view of response times.
What we built
An agentic system that classifies each email, extracts key details, routes it to the right team and drafts a reply. Low-confidence items go to a person for review before anything is sent.
Capabilities used

Also used forCustomer enquiries, supplier correspondence, HR requests and case intake.

~4,000emails a month processed automatically
~90%classification accuracy; exceptions go to human review

Automated incident reporting with the full communication history

Problem
Each incident report was compiled by hand from the incident register, team chat discussions and uploaded files. Reports were slow, inconsistent and often incomplete.
What we built
When a new incident file arrives, the system reads the incident code, pulls the matching records, collects the related team-channel discussion and assembles a standard report.
Capabilities used
Event-triggered workflowRecords integrationCollaboration channel captureReport generation

Also used forOperational incident reporting, compliance documentation and audit readiness.

Time-critical notice detection and escalation

Problem
Time-sensitive financial notices arrived in busy inboxes and depended on someone noticing them, so some were actioned late.
What we built
The system detects qualifying notices, extracts the key data, creates a tracked task on the work board and notifies stakeholders, all with an audit trail.
Capabilities used
Email detectionData extractionTask board integrationNotifications

Also used forRegulatory deadlines, invoices, legal notices and anything where a missed item is costly.

45 → 5minhandling time per notice
<15minfrom receipt to stakeholder notification
0notices missed since go-live

Problem
Conventional dashboard projects spend weeks on environment setup, data modelling and rework before leadership sees anything.
